About the Book:
Reinventing Supermom is a guide towards maternal mental wellness for every new mom. Many of us become overwhelmed and ungrounded as we navigate the incredible joy, confusion, excitement, heartbreak, uncertainty, wonder, anxiety, isolation, and empowerment that comes with mothering, but this guide will act as a life jacket for you as you make your way. Through a collection of short chapters, Kate brings humor, science, accessibility, and validation to new moms as they embark on the journey of parenting.
