Do you love chocolate? The Boulder Book Store Chocolate Club meets on the first Sunday of the month (virtually on Zoom) at 2pm and will be led by legendary local foodie and host of Radio Nibbles, John Lehndorff.
Every meeting will have a different theme exploring the world of chocolate. To attend a meeting, purchase a ticket that includes that month's featured chocolate plus at least two more bars from that month's theme. Come join us on this unique chocolatey adventure!

By now, those of you following our Chocolate Club have learned about the many subtle differences in chocolate of origin, and why they no longer can be described as "dark" chocolate only. To further our exploration of these subtle differences, we will taste Vietnamese chocolate. Praised by connoisseurs, the cocoa beans from Vietnam come from several different regions of the country. Marou Chocolate is the main importer of Vietnamese chocolate to the United States, so we will explore similar beans being used by different chocolate makers and see what distinctions we can detect.
Our ticket this month includes of three 0.8 oz bars from Marou: Dong Nai 72%, Ben Tre 78%, and Ba Ria 76% for $10.00. Please also choose at least two additional bars from the list below to join the tasting.
